Windshield-Shade Panel Cooker
The fastest, cheapest solar cooker: a reflective car sunshade, a bucket and a black pot in an oven bag.

Form a funnel
Lay the shade flat, then curl it into a cone, fastening edges with Velcro.

Seat on a bucket
Set the funnel in the bucket so the narrow end points down.

Bag the pot
Place food in a black pot, put the pot in an oven bag and tie it shut—this is your greenhouse.

Point at the sun
Set the bagged pot in the funnel. It reaches 200°F+ on clear days. Re-aim hourly.
