Gridfall Survival (the "Service") is provided by Arden Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), owned and operated by Jason Moyer. When you use or buy the Service, you are contracting with Arden Holdings LLC.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Gridfall Survival is a digital field manual of illustrated off-grid survival guides, preparedness tools, an offline manual, and an AI advisor. All content is for educational purposes only and is not professional medical, electrical, legal, or safety advice. You are responsible for how you apply any information, and for verifying it with qualified professionals where safety is involved.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you buy for. Keep any access credentials confidential and provide accurate information.

Licence

On purchase we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use of the Service or its content.
• No fraud, spam, or impersonation.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No security interference, including malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No attempts to make the AI advisor produce illegal, harmful, or abusive content. You are responsible for your prompts and for checking the accuracy of AI responses, which can be wrong.

Intellectual property

Arden Holdings LLC retains all rights in the Service, including its software, guides, illustrations, documentation, and branding.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Gridfall Survival is a one-time purchase; updates and new editions are included at no extra cost.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
