This is for educational purposes only. Not professional medical, electrical, or safety advice.
- 01
Block the sun
Cover sun-facing windows outside with white sheets or foil—stops heat before it enters.
- 02
Night flush
Open windows at night for cross-breeze; close everything at dawn.
- 03
Evaporative cooling
Hang a wet sheet in front of an open window or fan.
- 04
Cool the body
Wet cloth on neck, wrists and armpits. Rest in the lowest room.
- 05
Know heatstroke
Confusion, hot dry skin, no sweating = emergency. Cool immediately with water and fanning.
